How do you price your jobs from walls to cabinets? Can you give me an idea over the phone?   We price everything by the job which is why we are more than happy to come out and give a free estimate. It's very difficult to try and give an idea of cost over the phone without seeing the space and talking about options. We also try to give clients choices as to what their options are and what will give them the most "bang for their buck"!
Do you give free estimates? Yes, we give free estimates! During the initial meeting, we bring portfolios, samples of work and great ideas!
Can we get references? We are more than happy to give references upon request!
Do you have a crew of people? Bertrand Designs consists of the husband and wife team of Christopher & Jennifer Bertrand. We had at one point tried to hire in others, but nobody can do it and care like you, yourself can! So instead we keep it small and personal with a fabulous end result! On design jobs, we use only contractors that we would personally want working in our own home.
Will a faux finish go out of style? A finish done right and in the right context will never go out of style. However, that widely is determined by the application and desired end result. There is a long history of faux that began hundreds of years ago with royalty paying artisans to imitate precious materials.
